Los Patios is a state-of-the-art coffee processing and research facility located in Gigante, Huila.
Opened in 2022, this facility was established to address challenges such as inconsistencies in processing and lack of infrastructure faced by local producers.

Led by a skilled team, Los Patios is driving innovation in coffee production in Huila through rigorous quality control, employing innovative techniques such as "Co-Fermentation" and unique processing methods like "Tropical Coffee," "Solsticio," and "Mellow Yellow."

It also plays a role in supporting local producers to increase their income and significantly improving the final cup quality.
