In addition to a unique and vivid sweetness reminiscent of cherry candy and almond tofu, it offers a rich and complex aroma like sherry. As time passes, you can also perceive a transparent and floral taste reminiscent of cherry blossoms.

Although its sweetness is so unique it's hard to believe it's coffee, the aftertaste leaves a clean finish, so we highly recommend it even to those who are not fond of co-fermented coffees.

While drip coffee is certainly recommended, the sweetness also stands out in lattes, making this a versatile cup to enjoy in various ways.
