We're excited to introduce "Coconut Lemonade" from Finca Monteblanco, a farm that has been making waves globally with its vibrant flavors.

This coffee is characterized by a rich, dessert-like sweetness reminiscent of lemon cheesecake, and a rich aroma suggesting coconut and vanilla. When made into a latte, you can also enjoy a butter cookie-like taste.

This lot undergoes a process where a fermentation liquid, made from fruits, citrus juices, and dried coconut, is fermented for 190 hours. This liquid, adjusted to ideal sugar and pH levels, is then sealed in containers with harvested coffee cherries and fermented for an additional 180 hours. This process creates a sweetness and flavor that is unlike coffee, almost as if you are eating a dessert.

This is a special cup that sets itself apart from previous coffee experiences. Please enjoy it as a coffee that creates an elegant moment.

Producer & Farm Story

Finca Monteblanco is a 14-hectare family-run farm located in the San Adolfo region of Huila, Colombia. The farm is managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia, his wife Claudia, their daughter Natalia, and farm manager Don Gerardo.

The farm is situated near the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park and the Suaza River Valley, benefiting from rich biodiversity and ideal environmental conditions for coffee cultivation. They are dedicated to producing high-quality coffee, including varieties such as Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, and Purple Caturra, and have received widespread acclaim.

Finca Monteblanco is also one of six farms integrated into "Aromas del Sur," a company founded by Rodrigo in 2017. The company also operates its own dry mill in Pitalito, continually pursuing quality improvement and innovative initiatives.
