Shipping Policy (Domestic Shipping)

Shipping Methods and Fees

For domestic deliveries within Japan, we primarily use Japan Post (Click Post).

Depending on the weight of your order, we may also use Yamato Transport (Takkyubin).

Shipping fees can be confirmed at the payment stage after selecting your products.


About Click Post

As this is a postbox delivery service, you cannot specify a delivery date or time. (Estimated delivery: 1 to 4 days after dispatch)

While it is possible to track dispatched items, please be aware that we cannot compensate for delivery incidents such as non-delivery, loss, theft, or damage.



Delivery Schedule

Online shop deliveries will be made twice a week.

Please refer to the following for detailed delivery dates:

① Orders placed by 23:59 on Monday → Delivered on Wednesday

② Orders placed by 23:59 on Thursday → Delivered on Friday

* Arrival will be 1 to 5 days after dispatch as a guideline.

* It is not possible to specify an arrival date.

* Delivery may be delayed by several days due to stock availability, events, payment status, etc. We appreciate your understanding.



Reshipment due to incorrect address

If the address you entered is incorrect and the product does not reach you, please understand that we cannot reship the item from our store.
Please double-check your address and other input details yourself during checkout to ensure there are no errors.



About Receipts

We do not include itemized statements with purchased products.

The "purchase completion email" and "payment completion notification based on your payment method" will serve as your receipt.

Please note that the recipient name on the receipt will be the purchaser's name and cannot be changed.

Shipping Methods & Fees

International orders are primarily shipped via EMS.

DHL may be available for certain countries and regions.


Shipping Schedule

International orders are generally shipped around every Thursday.

Please allow up to 7 days for order processing prior to shipment.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 2–10 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.


Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations

All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping.


Please note that we are unable to provide accurate estimates or guarantees regarding customs fees, as these are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are beyond our control.


Due to the suspension of the De Minimis exemption, all shipments entering the United States on or after August 29, 2025, may be subject to duties and taxes. Any applicable charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If a shipment is returned due to customs issues or refusal by the recipient, we are unable to offer refunds for the product cost or the original shipping fee.


In some cases, additional documentation may be required for customs clearance. These documents must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier (such as DHL).

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in order cancellation.

Please note that your personal information will not be shared with us during this process.


Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective.
  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by shipping carriers or customs regulations, and we cannot offer refunds or reshipments in such cases.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee delivery times or take responsibility for delays.


Receipts

No invoices or packing slips are included in the shipment.

Your “Order Confirmation Email” and “Payment Confirmation” serve as your receipt.

Please note that the receipt will be issued under the name of the purchaser and cannot be modified.
