The land, originally used as an experimental farm, was redeveloped, and coffee cultivation became full-fledged, utilizing natural environments such as shade trees. They are also cultivating exotic varieties, including Yellow Pacamara, Orange Bourbon, Laurina, and Geisha from Panama.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince 2014, Elean Mierisch has taken the lead, implementing precise cultivation management adapted to Honduras's microclimates.
