We've released the
Aroma Nativo Pink Bourbon EFM,
which was also popular last year.

The lot we are introducing this time
has undergone a "Honey Double Fermentation" processing method,
characterized by complex fruitiness
from anaerobic fermentation using yeast.

You can enjoy a fresh, fruity sweetness reminiscent of
white peach, lime, and lychee,
along with the elegant and delicate flavor characteristic of the Pink Bourbon variety, like elderflower.
As the coffee cools, you'll also experience
notes of berries and white grape.

It has received high praise from top baristas worldwide for its complex flavor and
clean taste.
At the World Barista Championship 2024, two baristas using Aroma Nativo coffee
placed 7th and 9th, respectively.

Please enjoy Aroma Nativo's innovative coffee,
which is gaining increasing global attention year after year.

Producer & Farm Story

Aroma Nativo is an organization based in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia.
They do not own farms but specialize in processing using new fermentation methods
by purchasing coffee cherries from trusted small-scale farms.
While there are several similar organizations in Colombia,
many of them mix harvests from different farms and dates for processing.
However, Aroma Nativo meticulously manages farms, harvest dates, and varieties,
and by applying processing methods suitable for each coffee,
they produce high-quality coffee that utilizes the characteristics of the farm and variety,
and is highly acclaimed by baristas.
In addition to being producers, they also act as exporters, playing a vital role in connecting farmers and roasters.

Starting in 2024, they have expanded their presence to Asia (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong),
and after being used at the WBC (World Barista Championship),
they are rapidly gaining attention as a Colombian coffee
using special processing methods.

EFM after the lot number stands for:
Experimental
Fermentation
March
As the word "experimental" suggests,
they control fermentation by meticulously changing conditions for each lot.
"March" was added as a commemoration because
Mr. Luis Marcelino, the representative of Aroma Nativo,
completed this processing method in March 2023.
