This lot was introduced by Berenice, a female farmer who runs a farm in the Acevedo region and has been instrumental in introducing Geisha from the area. We have a trusting relationship with her, and through her network, we were able to discover another wonderful lot. The producer is Juan Carlos, who operates a coffee farm in Acevedo. This lot, finished after 36 hours of aerobic fermentation, boasts a floral aroma and bright, refined sweetness typical of Geisha. It is a cup that embodies the climate of Acevedo, imbued with the spirit of the land and its producers.
